A good friend of mine has dubbed his 30s as "the unclenching era." it's when, he says, you stop worrying about all the little things you worried about in your 20s. You know who you are and who you think you want to be with, and you just relax about things that you used to obsess over.
But i hear your 40s are when you reclench, so watch out.
